Back-office Specialist

Location: Czechy / Praga

 

Job description

  • Performing CDD / KYC and AML inspections of clients, based on internal and legal requirements, including collection and processing of data and documents from clients.
  • Analysis and evaluation of suspicious transactions.
  • Using international databases (PEP, sanction sheets, etc.).
  • Close cooperation with local and international CDD / KYC and Compliance teams.
  • Optimization of CDD / KYC and AML processes in order to improve process efficiency and client experience.
  • Contacting clients via e-mail and telephone.

Requirements

  • Interest in investigative work with high responsibility and own decisions.
  • At least 1 year of experience in CDD / KYC, AML and / or financial sector compliance
  • Practical experience with trading on world markets is welcomed.
  • Capability of systematic, analytical and independent work.
  • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English. Czech is welcomed.
